Technical Support Representative

GWI is seeking a full time Technical Support Representative for its Vancouver, WA location.

The qualified candidate must:

  • Engage in direct customer communication via telephone and email.
  • Communicate complex, technical instruction to a wide audience and adjust the level of instruction to meet the technical skills of the audience.
  • Perform installation, training & deployment of our products, and quality assurance testing.
  • Possess strong SQL Knowledge, troubleshooting, presentation, communication skills and a dedicated commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The requisite skills required for this position are:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft® Windows® workstation
  • Extensive SQL
  • Microsoft®.NET Framework

ASP.NET Web Application Developer
