support. Active support hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Online Support
Using our c.Support application you can search our knowledge base and submit incident tickets from our web
site at any time. To access our Technical Support site, follow the
Customer Support link.
Our GWI Community Blog is also available on our web site. This is a community forum for anyone interested in
GWI c.Support. Please use the
GWI Community Blog to share ideas with each other, explore general issues about help desk
support software systems and operations, and to make product suggestions. GWI will monitor the discussion
and contribute as appropriate.
A username and password are needed to access GWI Software's online support services. Note: if you have
a logon that you use to download from this site, you may use it for the user discussion logon. Please
contact GWI Support at 360-397-1099 during support hours if you need a username and password.
