applications, today announced that stronger than anticipated Q3 numbers will lead to an increased
investment in capital for product growth and support, as well as ITIL certification for its flagship
product, c.Support®.

GWI Software recently added two new development teams to help meet ITIL certification standards. “We
currently have a very robust feature set, much of which already meets many fundamental processes in
ITIL,” said Jeff McDonnell, CTO of GWI Software. “But to get c.Support fully compliant in as short a
timeframe as we’re hoping, we needed to add more bandwidth. This is a solid investment to take our
software to the next level.”
