Founded in 1992, GWI Software is proud to be the oldest continuing provider of quality customer support solutions. Our flagship product, c.Support ("collaborative support"), began as a help desk solution built on the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino platform and quickly became the de facto application for service desks looking to optimize their service efforts and leverage their investment in IBM services and hardware.

After establishing the c.Support for IBM product and evolving its feature set, GWI Software realized companies investing in Microsoft technologies could be benefiting in a similar way, so in 2002 c.Support for Microsoft Windows was released to the market. c.Support for Windows was architected from the ground up on the .NET architecture and now has an industry-leading feature set.

With 3,000 customers worldwide GWI Software continues to be a customer-focused software provider dedicated to the single vision of creating the best IT service management software at an affordable price. With a friendly and knowledgeable support team and a research and development staff committed to excellence, GWI Software will continue to help its customers optimize their service centers.
